The 100 PPR 2-Phase Incremental Optical Rotary Encoder is a high-resolution encoder with quadrature outputs for increment counting. It provides 100 transitions per rotation between outputs A and B, and a quadrature decoder is required to convert the pulses to an up count. The encoder is built to industrial grade standards and is suitable for projects requiring precise speed and direction control of conveyer belts or other rotating machinery.
