AHT10 High Precision Digital Temperature and Humidity Measurement Module

The AHT10 High Precision Digital Temperature and Humidity Measurement Module sets a new standard in size and intelligence. It features a dual-row flat leadless SMD package for reflow soldering, with dimensions of 4 x 5mm at the bottom and a height of 1.6mm. This sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I2C format.

Equipped with a newly designed ASIC-specific chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element, the AHT10 offers improved performance and reliability. It is designed to be more stable in harsh environments than previous generation sensors.
