AHT21 Integrated Temperature and Humidity Sensor

The AHT21 Integrated Temperature and Humidity Sensor offers a new standard in size and performance. It features a two-row flat pinless SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, with dimensions of 3x3mm at the bottom and a height of 0.8mm. This sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard I2C format.

Equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensor element, the AHT21 provides improved performance and reliability. It is designed to be more stable in harsh environments than the previous generation of sensors.
