It can be easily interfaced through an I2C connection, allowing for direct communication between the sensor and a microcontroller.
The MPU-6000/MPU-6050 family of parts are designed to meet the low power, low cost, and high-performance requirements of smartphones, tablets, and wearable sensors. With this module, you can simplify your design and usage, reducing cross-axis alignment issues often faced with separate accelerometer and gyroscope ICs.
