ZB2L3 18650 Li-ion Lithium Battery Capacity Tester

The ZB2L3 Li-ion Battery Capacity Tester board is designed to measure the capacity of a fully charged battery connected to its inputs. It features 1W resistors that can discharge the battery at a constant current output. The tester can display the battery capacity, current supplied by the battery, and battery voltage on its 4-digit 7-segment display.

  Instructions:  

1. The first test should be done with a fully charged battery.
2. Connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery to the corresponding inputs of the tester. Ensure correct polarity.
3. Connect the load to the output terminals of the tester. Power the tester using a micro USB power supply.
4. Press the "OK" button once to start the test. The tester will automatically set the termination voltage and start the test. The display will flash three times after the test is completed.

Note: Use the resistance discharge process carefully as resistive loads can heat up. Pay attention to safety precautions.
