The 15mm Inner Diameter Zinc Alloy Pillow Block Flange Bearing KFL002 is a premium flanged ball bearing end mount, crafted for a wide array of applications including CNC and 3D printing. Constructed from a durable zinc-aluminum alloy, this bearing mount provides sturdy support for linear shafts, leadscrews, or ball screws. It is secured in place using two grub screws, offering a convenient solution for your project or CNC machine.

These insert bearings feature deep groove ball bearings with wide inner rings, making them versatile for use in various machinery such as conveyors, equipment manufacturing, and more.

Designed to provide excellent alignment support for screws, ensuring precise movement and alignment of your print head or cutter during operation. The unique design allows for easy mounting and dismounting, with the ability to lock the T8 screw in place while the bearing allows smooth rotation.

Each bearing unit comes equipped with a fully sealed bearing insert housed within an oval cast aluminum housing. The self-aligning bearing insert within the housing features two grub screws for securely tightening the shaft once installed. Additionally, the insert can be easily removed from the housing for future replacement as needed.
